Do employers take degrees from accredited online universities seriously? I am thinking of taking my last two years of classes through an online program but I am hesitant. Does anyone have any advise or expertise about the validity of online degrees?

I’m currently a senior at a university in Minnesota. I’m currently getting a degree in Human Resource Management. I’m thinking about getting a master’s in Human Resource Management, but I would have to do it online. I’ve looked at different universities and can’t find anywhere that does that degree online. I’m not sure about online universities like the University of Phoenix, Devry, and others. How do employers look upon what type of school you went to?
